Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery Times

United Kingdom, United States, Canada and all other destinations: 5–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Occasional delays can occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.

Tracking

Every order includes tracked shipping. Your tracking link will be emailed when your order dispatches. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at jimmycazz2030@hotmail.com and we will investigate and reship or refund where appropriate.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
