Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Nexpulse purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under UK and EU consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

How to Start a Return

Email jimmycazz2030@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you will not need to return the faulty item unless we ask.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived after 14 days, check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at jimmycazz2030@hotmail.com.
