We want you to love your Nexpulse bracelet. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@nexpulse.store within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
  4. Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • Original packaging preferred but not required
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@nexpulse.store with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
