We want you to love your Nexpulse bracelet. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.
How to Return
- Email us at support@nexpulse.store within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Conditions
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@nexpulse.store with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
